To carry on the business of importers and exporters wholesale and retail in plants and machineries, general engineering and automotive parts and equipment, pumps motor and hardware tools, compressors(quarry, palm oil and mining equipments)hydraulic and air hoses machine tools, accessories and all other product and articles commonly used and any other business relating to all palm oil products which can be conveniently carried on in connection therewith and also as general importers and exporters, processors, distributor and dealers in light and heavy machinery tools, equipment and hardware, whether manufactured or semi manufactured or in raw state. To act as agents, storekeepers and exporters of all kinds of general foreign product and to treat, render marketable, buy and sell and dispose of such product in palm oil trades in connection therewith.

To resell,assign or sub-contract any concessions or license obtained by in contract entered into by the company and to carry on business by offering technical services such as design, estimating, plant selection, installation, inspection, operator training, spare and after sales service in connection with the above objects clauses.

To carry on the business of garage keepers and suppliers of and dealers in plant, electricity and other motive power to motor and other things.

To enter into any contracts in relation to and to erect, construct, maintain, make, operate, own, alter, repair, pull down restore either alone or jointly with any other companies or persons,works of all descriptions including wharves, docks, piers, railways, train ways, waterways, roads,bridges, warehouse, factories, mill, engines, machines, railway carriages and wagons, gas works, electric works, water works, drainage and sewerage works and buildings of every description.
